1. Service usage
The customer agrees to use the platform in compliance with applicable law and legitimate corporate communication purposes.
2. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are billed annually and renewal can be cancelled from the billing panel before the next cycle.
3. Intellectual property
Platform technology and design remain property of Email Signature Suite. Customers retain ownership of their corporate content.
4. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as SaaS and liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
